This special menu, aptly called LUST, is a seafood-oriented, aphrodisiac-filled meal meant to invigorate the senses. At Chef’s Table, you can expect to stir up not just your taste buds, but all 5 bodily senses in this romantic Valentine’s special.

Chef Bruce will start you off with a spicy ginataang seafood soup - fresh Capiz shellfish slowly simmered in a lemongrass coconut seafood broth. This is a great way to jumpstart and get your blood flowing for the rest of the meal.

Immediately after the soup, you will be served the Sabik Drink, an aphrodisiac that will surely whet your appetite. This chili-infused vodka drink will give your body that zing.

Fresh Bacolod Oysters are up next. This natural aphrodisiac will be served shucked, and paired with a spicy tomato shooter and calamansi - definitely the way oysters should be served! The fiery intervals in between tender bites of shellfish make for a very playful combination.

Next on the menu is the Gayuma Platter - 4 delectable bite-size treats that will make every taste bud in your mouth skip and dance. You start with the prawn kilawin and blanched asparagus, a perfect pairing. Then we have the seared tuna with sesame seeds and pineapple onion achara, a personal favorite among the Deal Grocer team.
