KAI's Chef Gilbert Zoilo Ocampo Pangilinan is a Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, New York, with a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management. Chef Gilbert had his extensive experience at renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Nobu Restaurant in New York, specializing in Japanese-Peruvian cuisine. He also worked at The Savoy Hotel in London, preparing French and Continental Cuisine for both the Hotel’s banquets, and for its in-house “river” restaurant.
