The Fine Print
- Haircut can be for Men (Senior Stylist 2 or 3) or Women (Senior Stylist 3). Nail spa includes nail cleaning and polish. Hotoil treatment applies to any hair length, no extra charge for hair longer than shoulders.
- Services may be claimed by 1 individual or distributed to 2 people. All 4 services must be claimed in one visit
- Maximum of 2 coupons per person (Limit to 1 per person, the other coupon must be given as a gift or both coupons as a gift)
- Coupon redemption only at any of the 3 branches: Forum Robinsons, Alabang Town Center, SM San Lazaro. RESERVATION is optional but 1st come 1st served basis.
- Coupon Valid from February 19 to April 19, 2011
- Each coupon purchase entitles customer to win one (1) of three (3) Azta salon makeover redeemable in any of the three (3) participating branches: ATC, SM San Lazaro, or Forum Robinsons. Raffle Prize (in a form of a coupon code) is valid until April 30, 2011 and must be used in one visit. Prize is transferrable. The Makeover worth P4,200 includes the following services:
